This product came with pins which was very small puncture on the furniture but it's small enough not to notice if you were to remove it. The plastic was good enough to stay on the furniture and not leave a sticky film. The plastic stays secure and had it on for over a month and great. Cats do not scratch the plastic although they are searching for more scratching areas so I may have to buy more of this product. Cat and fabric furniture friendly.
