I have bone conducting speakers but the have a stiff wire that connects the speakers behind my head. When I would lay down that wire would push against my head and change the position of my speaks. These individual buds work very well and don't move when I put my head on a pillow.

I bought a pair nine months ago; I have used each side individually quite often and have not had to recharge the battery yet. I'm actually really impressed. Usually I would have had to charge something else too many times to count by now. They sound great for the price and will stay put if you place them correctly.
